Ambr Corporation Limited is the data controller.

We process this personal data as a result of a contract between us (Ambr Corporation Ltd) and the data subject (you).

When you register to use the Service you are asked to provide information which may include items of personal data such as first and last name, Instagram Username, gender, address, categories of interest regarding social media marketing and other information which can be attributed to you,the data subject.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of third parties that we link with but do not own or control. (Usually referred to as Third Party Services or TPS). For example, the Ambr Marketing Platform uses the services of Instagram as a TPS. As a user of Instagram you are agreeing to be bound by the Instagram Terms of Service. We take no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any TPS.
Ambr will ask for your consent to access information from your Instagram account. The extent of information Ambr can access is strictly controlled by the Instagram Application Programming Interface (API).
Why do we have your personal information?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: (a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. (b) We have a contractual obligation.
